Thanksgiving day

As its name says, Thanksgiving, is a day where people come together to show their gratitude to God for the blessings received during the year,also expressing affection for his friends and family. This is one of the most important holidays in the United States and Canada, along with Christmas and New Year's Eve.

Is a holiday celebrated in the United States and Canada. In the United States it is celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November, and in Canada on the second Monday of October.

Thanksgiving is a family holiday, where it is normal to take long trips so that the relatives are reunited.Another great tradition of this holiday is the food. Families celebrate this day with a lot of gastronomy, where they typically eat turkey (so it is also known as Turkey Day).
