In our daily feeding, we should ingest healthy and essential foods for the good operation of our organism.
The necessary amount for a healthy feeding varies of person for person, in other words, height, weight, age.
We can understand better which are and so that they serve the healthy foods through the Pyramid of Feeding. 
The Pyramid counts the following foods: proteins, carboidratos, fats, vitamins, fibers and it longs for ingested through the foods
The carboidratos supply energy;
The fats supply energy and it aids in the transport of the vitamins;
The vitamins aid the good operation of the organism;
The fibers, in general normalize the operation of the intestine and they control the glucose, the cholesterol of the blood;
The water moisturizes the organism and it aids the transport of the nutrients.
